WASHINGTON, D.C., September 18, 2025 — American Moment today announced its participation in the newly launched America 250 Civics Education Coalition, a landmark partnership led by the U.S. Department of Education and the America First Policy Institute (AFPI). Alongside more than 40 leading national and state-based organizations including Turning Point USA, American Moment will help drive this initiative to renew patriotism, strengthen civic knowledge, and advance a shared understanding of America’s founding principles in schools across the nation.

The coalition, unveiled on Constitution Day, builds on the Trump Administration’s commitment to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary next July. It represents one of the most ambitious undertakings yet to restore civic pride and embed America’s founding values in classrooms, communities, and culture.

With oversight from U.S. Secretary of Education Linda McMahon and coordination by AFPI, the coalition will spearhead initiatives nationwide, including the Fundamental Liberties College Speaker Series and a 50-state campus speaking tour over the next twelve months.

American Moment joins a roster of more than 40 partner organizations—including Hillsdale College, Turning Point USA, the Heritage Foundation, Claremont Institute, Leadership Institute, and the 1776 Project Foundation—forming a united front to restore civics education as a central pillar of American life.
